Welcome to the website of Helen Carter

Helen is now putting all her coaching work through the University of Brighton: the sport science department she has worked as as Sport Scientist since finishing her PhD in 1998. If you are interested in having coaching informed by the very latest in sport science, check out www.pbscience.com.

Welcome to my website - on these pages you can find out a lot about Helen Carter: information on what I do for a living; updates on my cycling and get an insight on what I do in my 'spare' time by logging onto my blog. So, if you are friend, family member or a fellow cycling nut, hopefully you will find something of interest.

Most recently, I have been trying to update the section on coaching - so check out these pages, but do be patient with me, as it takes a while to get everything up to scratch. If there is anything you want to know but cannot see immediately, please get in touch (easiest through the 'contact me' link at the top of the page).

Thanks for reading,

Helen
